There was no great hurry to interview me for my service visit. I always visit Mr. Talamantes when I visit Mission & relate on how the visit for services is progressing. Mr. Ferrer was stressing, probably because the shop had signed in multiple customers for estensive service. He didn't keep me informed on my repairs, till Mr. Talamantes informed him of my not being informed on the progress of my services. I also informed Mr. Talamantes of the employee constantly checking on the oil changes waiting unprofessional attitude. Twice I made attempts to talk to him and he would be confirming my request for audience while walking away.

My daughters car has one tire that has a different rim, all the rest are original chevy rims. I told the service advisor to please complete the complimentary tire rotatation. When I picked it up I asked if they were rotated, they said yes. However, the tires were not rotated. I called service advisor Isaac to let him know he told me they were rotated but tires were in same position as before, I have pictures. He said he would talk to technicians and call me back. Never got a call back. Makes me feel as though if this wasn't done did they even change the oil and do the multipoint inspection at all. Disappointed. My daughter uses this car to travel back and forth from college so I really do hope the car was checked thoroughly.

My truck was kept in the shop for 2 weeks just to do a diagnostic test on a (check engine light on) and also had a recall, but at the end, everything was fixed and under special warranty, so there was no charge and I'm happy!

Avoid Mission Chevrolet’s service department at all costs. I brought in my 2022 Corvette C8, and it took over a month just to be looked at. During that time, I got no real updates — every call was vague, unhelpful, and felt like they were just making things up to get me off the phone. I didn’t even receive a loaner vehicle until more than a month after drop-off, which is completely unacceptable for a warranty repair. When I finally got the car back, the interior was left apart, with a wire wrapped around the pedal and loose screws in the footwell. Taking it home, the C8 immediately overheated and wouldn’t start. I had to add over a gallon of coolant and install a new battery myself just to make it run again. A week later, the same check-engine light with the same code came back — meaning it was never fixed in the first place. Mission Chevrolet’s service department is incompetent, careless, and completely lacks accountability. Even Chevrolet corporate failed to step in or resolve anything. If you value your car or your time, do not take it to Mission Chevrolet — they’ll waste both and leave your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off.

The oil change was fine. However, my truck has been in your shop for two months and it has yet to be repaired. Communication between the service person and service manager has been none existent. It's been over a week and a half that I last heard from the Service person. Maybe it's because that last time I spoke with him, he advised the service part was already in "TRANSET". I guess this was a lie because its been over two weeks and no word on the part arriving. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Mission Chevrolet. I would like to speak to someone other than the service person or service manager, because they have failed to keep me posted on the status of my truck. Please make this posting public. Customers should not be mislead or left in the dark about their vehicle.

It took three weeks to get the truck fixed. We did have good updates from the service department but the time it took to get it checked is just ridiculous and inconvenient. I picked up my truck and it was filthy. Very disappointed at how dirty my truck was after leaving it for three weeks.

I took my truck in to replace battery and I spoke with Issac and he said it would be about 2 hours and I sat there for 6 hours until I finally spoke to the main person, who was upset and is the second time I have had a problem with this person and the first time he never communicated with me when our car was there to be fixed and then my spouse called him and he said he had called me and I knew everything. I never received a call for him and I called many times and left messages. I can’t believe he still works there as he is unprofessional and lies to protect himself and now for the sevens time me sitting there 6 hours. I’m a disabled vet with a bad back and knees and he didn’t care.

The staff was excellent. I went in for an oil change service and came out fully satisfied, especially since the staff was precise in their communications and didn't annoy me by superfluous up-selling. Since I purchased my vehicle I’ve only gotten it serviced at the dealership because I felt they were trustworthy. As of late it seems things go wrong pretty frequently. The appointment itself was fast however upon further inspection in the documentation they give you and my vehicle I realized they broke the handle on my glove box. It frequently gets stuck so it needs to be opened a specific way however with the amount of force they attempted to open it with it broke. They didn’t notify me they’d broken it or had anyone speak to me about it. I wish they were more diligent in taking responsibility when things go wrong and not only when they’re recommending “air filters.” I have no way of opening the glove box to get any important documents. Overall it seems the quality of work isn’t there like before. I’m definitely considering servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.

Usually this service location wants you to leave your vehicle overnight if you do not show up by 7:30 am. Sometimes they take it to call you later if you are willing to leave it overnight, if you do not then you have to pick it up. Website appointment option does not reply any appointment confirmation. Also, you are not able to make an appointment in person as they ask you to drop you vehicle next day by 7:30 am, same as mentioned above. This time they took by vehicle around 8:30 am without issue (great!). They did perform 4 recalls but two of them (N252494000L87 & N242435631) mentioned some kind of owner manual amendment. I did not receive any owner manual insert regarding to the new oil viscosity nor correct version of towing procedure manual as they were part of the recalls.

I had an appointment for an oil change. Immediately when my customer service representative came to my car, he identified that my exhaust wasn’t sounding right before I even had a chance to bring it up. He confirmed that the repair was covered under warranty at no cost to me without me even having to ask about the warranty. What I expected to just be an oil change ended up including the repair for the exhaust, plus it was finally time to change my brake pads. My car was close to 80K miles and I was blown away that the original brake pads lasted that long. The exhaust repair, oil change, and installing new brake pads ended up taking a day and a half to complete. The service at Mission has always exceeded my expectations, but this time I felt like the entire team went above and beyond to keep my traverse in optimal condition. Thank you so much!!!!

Mike Nunez is good and very helpful but as far as servicing a vehicle and figuring out whats wrong is horrible. I have been taking my silverado there for the same issue since 2021 and you guys still have not been able to fix it and say you fixed it and the issue still happens. So either you guys don't know what you’re doing and are incompetent or you just don't want to fix it.

I purchased vehicle May 2025 with a guarantee of TWO oil changes for free. I was being charged until I brought it to the attention of manager and was changed to an ILOF. It was poor. I have a new 2025 vehicle. Rep tried to push/press me to get a new cabin air filter. I had to check and called my rep that sold me the vehicle and agreed with me. No chamge was needed. Oil change was completed, but they left my glove box on the floor of my vehicle, and the filter sitting on my seat, and the vehicle was dirtier than when I brought it in. Tire pressures were not done, and i am not even sure that the rotation took place. Ridiculous.

Took longer than I expected. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 2pm. It was almost 5pm before the vehicle was ready. I chose to wait for it because I had an appointment without realizing it was going to take so long. Should have been ready within an hour at the most.

Very nice staff. They took me in despite being late. Thank you. However, complimentary car wash was not performed despite it being reported as done. Which is not that bad. But the completion of the other services of tire rotation and oil change due come into question. I do accept that I should start marking my oil filters and tires to ensure proper oil changes and tire rotations.

Dear Chevrolet Customer Care / Service Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have experienced with my Chevrolet vehicle and, more specifically, the extremely poor customer service provided by my service consultant, Pablo. Due to the repeated mechanical problems with my vehicle and the handling of this most recent service visit, I can confidently say that I would not recommend Chevrolet to others. On Wednesday, January 21, I called to schedule an appointment after noticing my vehicle was leaking a fluid that appeared to be antifreeze. I was informed that appointments were not available and that I would need to bring the vehicle in. I brought my vehicle in on Friday, January 23, at approximately 11:00 a.m. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged, I was assisted by Pablo. He informed me that my vehicle would not be looked at until Monday due to their first-come, first-served policy and weekend hours. I asked if I could take my vehicle home for the weekend since it would not be serviced, and Pablo stated that was fine and instructed me to return Monday morning. When I returned Monday, Pablo advised that he suspected the cooling pump may be the issue and explained that if this were the case, the part was on backorder and I would be without my vehicle for some time. He reassured me that if the issue was minor, my vehicle would be returned the same day, and if it was the cooling pump, he would arrange a rental vehicle the same day or the following day. Pablo also assured me that he would be in constant communication and provide updates. I provided both my phone number and my husband’s number and specifically asked if I would be contacted that same day. Pablo stated that he would either call or text me with an update. Monday came and went with no communication. I called and texted Pablo that evening and again on Tuesday, with no response. My husband also attempted to contact him without success. We ultimately reached out to our previous service consultant, Mike, who immediately assisted us, confirmed that the issue was in fact the cooling pump, and worked to arrange a rental vehicle. Throughout this entire process, Pablo failed to provide any communication or updates as promised. When my husband finally reached Pablo by phone and expressed our concerns regarding the lack of communication and professionalism, Pablo accused me of lying, stating that I never provided my husband’s contact information and that he told me he would follow up in three days. This is completely false. After a brief exchange, Pablo apologized and stated he would do better. However, he still failed to contact me directly and proceeded to communicate only with my husband. Additionally, I was extremely disappointed with the rental vehicle provided, as it did not come close to accommodating the space or features of my 2025 Chevy Traverse, which added further inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. Fortunately, with Mike’s assistance, I was able to retrieve my vehicle on Saturday morning. However, this situation has reinforced my ongoing frustration with the reliability of my vehicle and the level of customer service I have received from Chevrolet. Due to the repeated issues with my vehicle and this unacceptable service experience, I am currently exploring options to trade in my vehicle elsewhere and move forward with one of your competitors. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that corrective action is taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment. Sincerely, Ashley Lopez

I dropped my vehicle off bc I had a faulty windshield wiper pump. I had no problems with this; however, upon receiving my vehicle back, my Bullet Antenna was gone. I asked the advisor to please check the time and bay where my vehicle was serviced to see if maybe my antenna was accidentally left in the area or if it was possibly stolen. It's been close to a week and I've yet to get any news. This is a 50$ antenna.

Isaac and Pablo who did my oil service were great. I was disappointed on the billing side as I was told I could pay online and use my reward points to help me with my bill. That online did not reduce the rewards points therefore I ended up paying the full amount. They could not fix it at the cashiers, after they told me I could pay online and use my reward points.

The oil change and tire rotation portion of the visit was good. It was the courtesy wash where I had issues. My windshield had a crack on the windshield from the passenger side to about halfway through to the middle of the windshield. Your service attendant did state the crack may go across the windshield if they ran it through the wash. I told him I’m aware of that and that I run the truck about once a week through the local car wash and never had an issue. I also told him I was waiting for the crack to run all the way across so I could replace it. The truck went in for service. Upon getting the truck back, there was the crack running all the way across my windshield. I understood that may happen. The problem I had was that the windshield was still dirty with bug spats from a recent trip and the side windows looked like they ran a dirty rag across them. It essentially looked dirtier than when it went in. I’m not sure what happened but I will not be getting your courtesy washes if I visit your service department again.

I had fixed my corvette a couple of times with nothing but satisfaction.There was an issue on a part that was broken while fixing another part. I was having some problems getting that repaired by Ray the service guy.He said I would have to wait 3 to 4 days again to get it fixed. I didn't agree with him so I asked to speak to Mgr.I think his name was Mike I might be wrong came over and showed why he was Mgr.nothing but a professional. Very impressed with him. Took care of my issues and I even left my car to get A/C fixed. When I came back to pick up car Ray had not mentioned to me that I was gonna get charged 170 $ for putting some glue on weather stripping that was loose on driver door. I asked him why he didn't call me and tell me it would be 170 $ for some glue.He didn't like that I questioned that and he went of on me like u would never expect from a service guy.I am talking about raising his voice at me like if I was his wife or son at home.I told him to keep his voice down with me cause I wasn't there to take his shit.To my surprise he asked me if I wanted to take this outside. Can you believe that. Let's fist fight over this.I lost my cool and I said let's go outside. Luckily your manager took over the situation like a pro and brought the situation under control. He went and charged me the correct amount. Very impressive by ur Mgr.One thing I would ask Mission Chevrolet is to look at ur video evidence so you can confirm my story. You don't need people like Ray representing ur dealership You need people like your service mgr.I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears. Thank you very much

Brought traverse in for oil change and tire rotation and squeaking brakes. Oil change and tire rotation was as good as you can get. When it came to the brakes I was told it was due to dust and it just happens with that year of traverse. As soon as I left brakes still squeaking. Horrible how you buy a brand new vehicle and every time you brake it sounds horrible. Was given no option to fix problem.

It was not to bad , but could have been better . I had an appt with Mike but he was gone for the day , I waited almost ten minutes for someone to come and tell me they would be with me shortly. Several advisoris saw me there but none of them came and said anything to m, I’m very adamant about customer service and that day it was lacking . I think a little going further and beyond to help the customer goes a long ways . The person that finally helped me Isaac I believe was outstanding thank you .

Went in so the brakes master cylinder could be checked because that’s what on-star sent us a message that needed to be serviced; tech explained it usually happens if battery has a hesitation so he was going to request battery to be checked and “It Was Not Checked”. Oil was changed but I didn’t need an oil change.

I was received in a rushed manner because there were more than usual customers. I was in for an emission report for my license renewal, check air in tires & my usual courtesy car wash. I was patiently waiting in the customer service area, I got up for some relief for my feet (neuropathy) to get a bottle of water. I glanced toward the inner lot of the shop & spotted my car, apparently everything had been completed. I waited probably more than 1/2 hour. This is not right. I started to panic because I remembered I must be home by noon to receive my meals. By the way it would help to know I get regular oil changes. I will be 90 in July.

My only issue was that you give a curtesy car wash, I understand the car wash is free but the people that does the carwash needs to do a better job in conducting that activity. My car was very clean with some dust due to all the wind and dust that blows in El Paso, but my Chevy Trax was totally bad when I left it looks like they just used and all dirty rag, if you are not going to do a good job while offering that service don't even bother to do so. You are a dealer and everything that is done there supposed to be perfect.

I’ve been coming to Mission Chevrolet for my oil changes and usually never had an issue, but this last visit was disappointing. I normally get Mobil 1 oil, but this time they used a different and more expensive oil without informing me first or asking for my approval. What bothered me most was that I overheard an employee telling other customers that they were out of Mobil 1, but when I asked about my oil change, I was told there was supposedly a “recall” and that my vehicle now had to use a different oil from now on. That explanation did not seem honest or transparent. I understand supply issues can happen, but customers deserve clear communication and the choice to approve any changes in service or pricing beforehand. I hope management addresses this because honesty and customer trust are very important.

While I wouldn't say my experience was bad I had called prior about the cost of my oil change and was told it would be $99, I let them know what the year, make and model of the vehicle. After my oil change was done I was informed it would be $184. I was definitely shocked and asked why the price was so much more and they said due to the recall on my vehicle the new oil they used was more expensive. I wish I would've been informed of that.

I think it's ridiculous that it takes almost two weeks just to get a diagnostic run on the vehicle for an air conditioner problem. That leaves us with no vehicle for that long to only find out what is needed. Longer to get the problem taken care of. In our case, we also have a transmission problem that would take over a MONTH for diagnostic. That's crazy. It's not realistic to expect your service customers to be without a vehicle for weeks and weeks. You really need to address this situation. Also, this is not the first time we experienced this issue. Last May you had our vehicle for almost 2 months.

I first called to make an appointmen and was told the policy was first come, no appointments. So I arrived at 6:45am. I was there to have installed, running boards and mud flaps which I ordered online through Chevtolet.com. My vehicle was not ready for pickup until after 5pm. I watched the board and saw several vehicles that arrived after me be taken into the maintenance bay. I am not talking about oil changes. I have had all my maintenance done at Mission Cherolet over the years and this is the worst I have seen.

I've tried to be understanding in hopes that the dealership may have fixed itself, but no change. The offer of 3 oil changs free of charge when I purchased my new vehicle has not been honored. I was verbally promised by my rep that I would have 3, and that even though the 1st one is the only one annotated on the sale agreement, they would honor the other 2 additional. My rep who I spent time with in purchasing my vehicle got the purchase already, so his communication with me has been scarce. My last oil change service prior to this one service left my glove box on the passenger floor and didnt even replace the filter or the glove box until I said something. Where is the QAQC at? This oil change which is #2 , they tell me its #3 and then make me pay out of my GM rewards.....been a disaster. To top it off, they said I have an aftermarket engine air filter. How? I haven't even touched anything under the hood. They have literally been the only ones to service my vehicle. It's disappointing. I have been with Mission for a long time, and have longevity, but it goes to show that training is failing, and management is not the same. I understand that service is always busy but if they cannot ensure the simple things, and are not true to their word, and are placing aftermarket parts in vehicles then its probably my time to move on. Thanks for the years prior, Mission Chevrolet, but this has been my final days there.

I had my tire replaced in February but a noise started coming from the area of the truck where the tire was replaced by this dealership. I think they could improve their service. When I arrived, I parked and no one attended to me until I went to speak with the manager. Afterward, they returned my 2023 Chevrolet Colorado, and it had a code on the dashboard. They told me it was just the routine maintenance, which was separate from the service. I told them that's why I had brought it in, so they could return it without the code illuminated. They said I would have to keep it for 7 to 14 days because they were very busy. I left it on Friday, July 17, 2026 and it's now Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and they haven't contacted me to tell me what's wrong with my truck, what they're going to do about it, how much it will cost, or when I'll get it back.

From the beginning Art Correa the salesman made a big impression. My new purchase had an issue with bed not being centered to the cab. It was supposed to be fixed in one day and it ended up taking 2. I was not prepared with having a vehicle for use for the second day which was a big inconvenience. I requested a loaner and like always none were available. Family members and I have purchased several vehicles from here and that seems to always be an issue here. The customer service from my salesman Luis and Mike the service manager was excellent, it was right on point. My window tint was done and had to be redone due to imperfections. I would recommend them using better tint people. Coming from a dealer I would expect quality work and product from 3rd party companies doing work for them. Through all this process I lost time and money on fuel. Fuel is expensive nowadays. From my ZR2 being driven to and back from Bravo body shop and tint shop. I would have expected to at least getting fuel to the level I had when dropped off. But what really gets to me is the lack of no loaners available especially after getting an almost 79000 dollar truck and being left on foot.

The experience was terrible with the service department. After giving me a service price they added an additional $800 and to top it off their service manager declined service after I complained supposedly because of the mileage. Even though they were going to do the service initially. Clients should get the actual price for the service to decide whether or not to take the vehicle to avoid wasting every ones time and avoid inconveniences!
