Mike is a hard working employee with integrity, knowledge, professionalism, friendly and so much more!! It is because of Mike, I stay dedicated to Mission for all these yrs!! Thank you Mike for all that you do and being a savior for me today! On my way to Mission, a rock hit my windshield that made a big crack. Mike took the initiative to call One Stop Glass while my brake pads were getting replaced, to find out how much it would be to replace my windshield. He followed up with me in a timely manner on price, and I got my brakes and windshield all taken care of!! Now that is going the extra mile!!! Good workers are hard to find. I hope Mission recognizes what a diamond in the rough with Mike Nunez! Let's make sure we give him the credit he deserves and not burn out your service manager, that works as hard as if he was just a service advisor!!

Happy with the car and service other than the atrocious pricing on filters and wiper blades. I really want to like the dealership, however, when purchasing the car a year ago I was assured that if I left the dealer, after committing on paper to purchase the car, that they would sell it to someone else. This caused me to miss my youngest child's graduation ceremony. That single incident left a bad taste in my mouth for Mission Chevrolet. After the fact I was informed that that salesperson was wrong and the situation was "talked about". I am a Chevrolet person and love both of my Chevrolet vehicles, but not sure I would purchase from Mission again.

The ladies/cashiers are not friendly. I had a coupon for 10 dollars off and my adviser did advise me that it doesn’t apply for oil changes but he was going to put it anyways. The cashiers made a big deal and I just went ahead and told them forget it I’ll pay without the coupon. They have never been friendly. It’s like that all the time.

I took me 22 tahoe for oil change and ac changed temperature by itself and the instrument cluster changing on its on as well. They told me no malfunction was found which I trusted the service department two days later the ac malfunction again but since nothing was found I had to pay out of pocket since my extended warranty didn’t cover the repairs

When my car was brought out, the person simply said “thank you” and walked away without checking if I had any questions. Overall, the experience felt mediocre. A more customer service–oriented approach from the staff would go a long way in making customers feel valued and more likely to return.

I was told I would receive a car wash but it wasn't washed as promised and I was upsold on a part that wasn't necessary. I had some concerns about my fron suspension and a window motor. However i would have to leave the vehicle at the dealership for a week and a half to two weeks to even get a diagnosis. I dont understand why they need the vehicle in the lot for that time period if its not going to be worked on. They can easily have a queue and call customers a day before to drop off the vehicle. Our time should be as valuable as theirs.

GREAT Experience!! I received many calls from local dealerships - you know what I mean - Once I started looking at cars online the phone calls began almost immediately. I was called "Sir" by one, "Jane" by another and I must admit... we were disconnected somehow (wink wink) I received many text messages and I actually responded to a few but did not receive a timely response. By the time Art called me I almost did not answer my phone. I am so THANKFUL that I did! Professional and Friendly service! I even told Art that I had just hung up on a salesman..lol. After a brief conversation, Art invited me down to the dealership. I also received images of vehicles in stock that I was interested in before My appointment time. The GREAT customer service that started on the first call did not end there. I was greeted in the parking lot and treated like family. Not only did Art get me into a better model Trax ( than I was looking at), but the entire team at Mission Chevrolet worked on my behalf to beat the interest rate capital one pre-approved and I also got a great extended warranty and tire package. It did not take long to sign all the documents and the entire process was quick and enjoyable! Will recommend Art and Mission Chevrolet to all!!

Not too happy with the service at Mission Chevrolet. Took my vehicle in for service, and when I got it back, I noticed the engine cover had been left loose. On top of that, they broke a small piece off my air filter cover. Mistakes happen, but I expected more care and attention to detail from a dealership service department. Disappointing experience overall, especially since I trusted them to handle my car properly. Definitely makes me think twice about returning.

First got charged more than what my extended warranty covered the dealership figured it wasn’t a big job so they found ways of getting more money out of it and ended getting out of my pocket!! Second my truck was ready on Friday Aug 15 and no one bothered to call me and tell me what was going on. Third my truck sat at the dealership all weekend when I picked it up on Monday I was missing lug nut on both of my front tires and the lug nuts that were on the wheels were completely loose!! Thank goodness I didn’t lose a tire on my way home with my granddaughter in the truck with me. I just really didn’t appreciate what was done and how they took advantage of me!!☹️

Took the truck in to get some diagnostics said it was 8 10 days out before they would even get to it so that same day in the afternoon we pulled the truck back out took it to GM with the same list and in one day GM ordered parts and even gave the truck back so we could drive it while the parts come in I don't know why mission couldn't do this

There was no great hurry to interview me for my service visit. I always visit Mr. Talamantes when I visit Mission & relate on how the visit for services is progressing. Mr. Ferrer was stressing, probably because the shop had signed in multiple customers for estensive service. He didn't keep me informed on my repairs, till Mr. Talamantes informed him of my not being informed on the progress of my services. I also informed Mr. Talamantes of the employee constantly checking on the oil changes waiting unprofessional attitude. Twice I made attempts to talk to him and he would be confirming my request for audience while walking away.

The oil change was fine. However, my truck has been in your shop for two months and it has yet to be repaired. Communication between the service person and service manager has been none existent. It's been over a week and a half that I last heard from the Service person. Maybe it's because that last time I spoke with him, he advised the service part was already in "TRANSET". I guess this was a lie because its been over two weeks and no word on the part arriving. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Mission Chevrolet. I would like to speak to someone other than the service person or service manager, because they have failed to keep me posted on the status of my truck. Please make this posting public. Customers should not be mislead or left in the dark about their vehicle.

My daughters car has one tire that has a different rim, all the rest are original chevy rims. I told the service advisor to please complete the complimentary tire rotatation. When I picked it up I asked if they were rotated, they said yes. However, the tires were not rotated. I called service advisor Isaac to let him know he told me they were rotated but tires were in same position as before, I have pictures. He said he would talk to technicians and call me back. Never got a call back. Makes me feel as though if this wasn't done did they even change the oil and do the multipoint inspection at all. Disappointed. My daughter uses this car to travel back and forth from college so I really do hope the car was checked thoroughly.

I took my truck in to replace battery and I spoke with Issac and he said it would be about 2 hours and I sat there for 6 hours until I finally spoke to the main person, who was upset and is the second time I have had a problem with this person and the first time he never communicated with me when our car was there to be fixed and then my spouse called him and he said he had called me and I knew everything. I never received a call for him and I called many times and left messages. I can’t believe he still works there as he is unprofessional and lies to protect himself and now for the sevens time me sitting there 6 hours. I’m a disabled vet with a bad back and knees and he didn’t care.

Avoid Mission Chevrolet’s service department at all costs. I brought in my 2022 Corvette C8, and it took over a month just to be looked at. During that time, I got no real updates — every call was vague, unhelpful, and felt like they were just making things up to get me off the phone. I didn’t even receive a loaner vehicle until more than a month after drop-off, which is completely unacceptable for a warranty repair. When I finally got the car back, the interior was left apart, with a wire wrapped around the pedal and loose screws in the footwell. Taking it home, the C8 immediately overheated and wouldn’t start. I had to add over a gallon of coolant and install a new battery myself just to make it run again. A week later, the same check-engine light with the same code came back — meaning it was never fixed in the first place. Mission Chevrolet’s service department is incompetent, careless, and completely lacks accountability. Even Chevrolet corporate failed to step in or resolve anything. If you value your car or your time, do not take it to Mission Chevrolet — they’ll waste both and leave your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off.

Mike Nunez is good and very helpful but as far as servicing a vehicle and figuring out whats wrong is horrible. Since I purchased my vehicle I’ve only gotten it serviced at the dealership because I felt they were trustworthy. As of late it seems things go wrong pretty frequently. The appointment itself was fast however upon further inspection in the documentation they give you and my vehicle I realized they broke the handle on my glove box. It frequently gets stuck so it needs to be opened a specific way however with the amount of force they attempted to open it with it broke. They didn’t notify me they’d broken it or had anyone speak to me about it. I wish they were more diligent in taking responsibility when things go wrong and not only when they’re recommending “air filters.” I have no way of opening the glove box to get any important documents. Overall it seems the quality of work isn’t there like before. I’m definitely considering servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.

Usually this service location wants you to leave your vehicle overnight if you do not show up by 7:30 am. Sometimes they take it to call you later if you are willing to leave it overnight, if you do not then you have to pick it up. Website appointment option does not reply any appointment confirmation. Also, you are not able to make an appointment in person as they ask you to drop you vehicle next day by 7:30 am, same as mentioned above. This time they took by vehicle around 8:30 am without issue (great!). They did perform 4 recalls but two of them (N252494000L87 & N242435631) mentioned some kind of owner manual amendment. I did not receive any owner manual insert regarding to the new oil viscosity nor correct version of towing procedure manual as they were part of the recalls.

I purchased vehicle May 2025 with a guarantee of TWO oil changes for free. I was being charged until I brought it to the attention of manager and was changed to an ILOF. My biggest concern was that my invoice showed oil change and services for a 2022 Checy Silverado diesel duramax. My vehicle is GAS! I am positive their is a price difference between diesel and gas. I had an appointment for an oil change. Immediately when my customer service representative came to my car, he identified that my exhaust wasn’t sounding right before I even had a chance to bring it up. He confirmed that the repair was covered under warranty at no cost to me without me even having to ask about the warranty. What I expected to just be an oil change ended up including the repair for the exhaust, plus it was finally time to change my brake pads. My car was close to 80K miles and I was blown away that the original brake pads lasted that long. The exhaust repair, oil change, and installing new brake pads ended up taking a day and a half to complete. The service at Mission has always exceeded my expectations, but this time I felt like the entire team went above and beyond to keep my traverse in optimal condition. Thank you so much!!!!

It was poor. I have a new 2025 vehicle. Rep tried to push/press me to get a new cabin air filter. I had to check and called my rep that sold me the vehicle and agreed with me. No chamge was needed. Oil change was completed, but they left my glove box on the floor of my vehicle, and the filter sitting on my seat, and the vehicle was dirtier than when I brought it in. Tire pressures were not done, and i am not even sure that the rotation took place. Ridiculous.

Very nice staff. They took me in despite being late. Thank you. However, complimentary car wash was not performed despite it being reported as done. Which is not that bad. But the completion of the other services of tire rotation and oil change due come into question. I do accept that I should start marking my oil filters and tires to ensure proper oil changes and tire rotations.
